Questions about Elite
Is Elite available now?

Not yet. This is a waitlist. Elite opens to a small first group so that every child on it gets a coach with real time to give, and we will contact you on WhatsApp before it does. Nothing is charged and nothing is reserved by joining.
What happens after I join the list?

We message you on WhatsApp to arrange a short call. On that call we go through the goal, the board and where your child stands today. You and your child then meet the coach who would work with you, before you commit to anything. If you go ahead, the coach writes the plan with you, the daily check-ins start, and your first written update arrives at the end of the week.
Who are the coaches?

Real people, hired and trained by PopGamma, each working with a limited number of families so that the daily check-ins and the weekly updates are genuinely written by someone who knows your child. The portraits on this page illustrate the role — you will meet your actual coach on a call before anything begins.
What is the difference between Elite and the Ultra plan?

Ultra is Prof. Albert at full strength: unlimited homework help and study plan sessions, 50 mock exams and 3 hours of voice tutoring a month. Elite is all of that plus a human coach — daily check-ins, a written weekly update, and a monthly 1:1 review with you.
Which subjects are covered?

More than five, languages included, across CBSE and ICSE. The coach works from your child’s own textbooks and board syllabus rather than a generic curriculum.
How does the coach communicate?

On WhatsApp, mostly — that is where the daily check-ins and the weekly written update land. The monthly 1:1 review is a call. We ask for a best time so that neither of those arrives in the middle of something.
Do I need a PopGamma account to join the waitlist?

No. The form asks whether you already have one only so that we know whether to walk you through setting it up when we call. If you are not sure, say so — that is one of the options.
What happens to the details I submit?

They go to the PopGamma team so that we can contact you about Elite, and nowhere else. We do not sell or share them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to contact@popgamma.com.
