1.1. Parents download our App and set up an account for their learners as part of our initial setup process. We make it easy to see what your learner is doing when they use our App.

1.2. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the App, you agree to supervise the minor's use and be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such use.

2.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. The App offers tools, content, and experiences to help learners develop with the support of their parents/guardians.

3.2. The content provided through the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.3. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4.1. The App may allow you or your learner to submit content. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content solely for providing and improving the App's services.

4.2. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to remove any User Content it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

9.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

9.2. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
