1.1. Parents download our App and set up an account for their children as part of our initial setup process. We make it easy to see what your child is doing when they use our App.

1.2. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the App, you agree to supervise the minor's use and be fully responsible for any consequences arising from such use.

2.1. To access certain features of the App, you may be required to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate and complete.

2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.1. The App offers tools, content, and experiences to help children learn and develop with the support of their parents/guardians.

3.2. The content provided through the App is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3.3. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any unauthorized use of the App is strictly prohibited.

4.1. The App may allow you or your child to submit, post, or share content, including but not limited to text, audio, and images ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for providing and improving the App's services.

4.2. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. You are solely responsible for the content you or your child submits.

4.3. The Company reserves the right to remove any User Content it deems inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms.

5.1. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information about you and your child when you use the App.

5.2. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as described therein.

5.3. In compliance with regulations, we ensure:

• Parental consent is required before collecting personal information from children.
• Parents/guardians can review, modify, or delete their child's data at any time.
• Data is not shared with third parties without explicit consent.
• Voice/audio data, if collected, is stored only with consent and can be deleted upon request.

6.1. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
• Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Engage in activity that disrupts or interferes with the App's functionality.

7.1. All content and materials available on the App (excluding User Content), including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Nxten Technologies Private Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8.1. The App may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

8.2. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and you agree that the Company is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such use.

11.1. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms.

11.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

12.2. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

13.1. In compliance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and applicable privacy laws, we have appointed a Grievance Officer:

13.2. If you have any complaints, concerns, or requests (such as reviewing or deleting your/your child's data), you may contact the Grievance Officer. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 working days.

14.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the App with the revised "Last Updated" date.

14.2. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
